OUR STORY We have an old gas Rinnai one still working fine (Year 2000 model of thereabouts) Was thinking of replacing it with a good ELECTRICAL model by an honest installer Thinking of CANCELLING gas connection. WHY? It's the only appliance that uses gas in the house but even with minimal usage, gas bill is $1000 per year due to supply charges. Flexible into March - no rush. Our electric oven is also not working. Westinghouse MARINADE. Circa 2004/05 vintage.

Solarhart rooftop hot water solar heater not supplying hot enough water. Maximum is 38 degrees. Could there be a fault in tempering mixer unit?
Diego was very thorough. He found the problem, replaced the worn part and checked that the system was delivering hot water at the correct temperature. He was punctual and efficient and I would recommend him for any plumbing work.
