Climbing a ladder washing the outside of the windows. Taking off fly screens and wiping down/hosing/gerni the fly screens where feasible. Using the gerni to spray the balcony floor upstairs (x 2 small balcony) and downstiars (1 x small balcony) about 3/4 - 1 day work.
