I have a roof window on my 2 story queenslander that needs a good clean. It has caked on dust and a small amount of bird poo. It is on an angle the same as a queenslander side verandah. After the clean I'd like it sprayed with a dust resistor (supplied by me). I personally am afraid of heights, hence the job. Window is 46 x 26 inches.

Our old Queenslander needs its 10 exterior windows cleaned (see attached photos). 5 of the windows will require a ladder to clean (must provide your own ladder) the tallest of which is roughly 6m from the ground (see front of house photo). The other 5 windows are almost at ground level (may require a small ladder if you’re a short person ;) Must provide your own ladder and cleaning materials etc.

I require a professional window clean for a client who needs the windows to be immaculate. Balcony only required as this. If extra work required can give extra.

I have two sliding doors and two large windows with louvres. I would like to install either retractable fly screens on the doors or simply a fly screen sliding door. The louvred windows would need a bit of carpentry to add some space before attaching the fly screens which would be static. Measurements for the two balcony doors are 107cm and 89 cm wide by 227 height. Windows are 80cm wide. Same height. You would need to both build and supply all the fly screens or if you come and do measurements we could order them off the internet and do the job when the screens arrive. So in your quote indicate if you can supply the fly screens as well. Obviously if I order them it will be a different job.
