Window clean (3m high) inside and outside

I have a very anxious dog that has scratched up doors pretty badly over the past year. Downstairs - Timber front door and a set of French doors Upstairs - Timber front door and 2 sets of French doors. Upstairs is very minimal, only a handful of light scratches.
