Our old Queenslander needs its 10 exterior windows cleaned (see attached photos). 5 of the windows will require a ladder to clean (must provide your own ladder) the tallest of which is roughly 6m from the ground (see front of house photo). The other 5 windows are almost at ground level (may require a small ladder if you’re a short person ;) Must provide your own ladder and cleaning materials etc.

Clean 196 louvres, 3 sets of shutters, 2 large windows, 8 sets of 5 panel glass doors, 2 swinging doors with 5 panels of glass each, 4 laundry windows. Sweep and was verandahs around house.

Family home needs a spruce up inside before Christmas. Ideally, Friday 15th September but can be anytime before Christmas. House is furnished so need to work around items. I need 2x windows cleaned. Outside of windows only, not inside. Each window measures 120x80cm. Each window contains 4x glass panels, each one measuring 60x38cm. Situated along the side of the house (facing downhill) approximately 4 meters off the ground. Bottom window panels are secured with old wrought iron security curtains/bars. Bottom window panels also have screen mesh which can be maneuvered up and down, but cannot be removed completely due to awnings.
