We have security window roller shutters on four windows that are no longer repairable and need to be removed. The issue is that we are on the 3rd floor of an old apartment building, so there is no easy access from the outside. You will need to dismantle them from the inside, or use a very long ladder and be confident working at heights.

Remove 50kg glass balustrade from its stand off fixings. I have a stand off spanner to undo the standoff fixings The glass will need to be removed safely using at least 2 preferably 3 people . (2 above, 1 below) I can be one of the people This glass needs to be taken off safely preferably using glass suction cups. The glass is approx at 3m above floor level, with access at the glass level (1st floor) & access from below I have portable scaffolding that would be used to access the glass from below. Once some internal works have been completed 1 week approx. I require the glass to be put back into place. This will be an additional $100 for the re install - Due date: Flexible
