Internal and external cleaning of floor to ceiling windows which lead out to an apartment terrace (see floor plan attached). Also three small room windows.

Job is to remove old caulking and recaulk along the balcony and around the window frames. We've had a little water ingress inside the place near the window frame, and pretty sure it's from old seal having cracked. If anyone has skills in working out where the water might be coming from that would be welcome - I think recaulking should solve this though. The Balcony is about 7m long in total, so both sides this length and around window frames. About 2m - 3m wide. This job is to recaulk the entire balcony length and width and around the windows / frames.

Just moved in and in need of window cleaning for a house

Our dining room windows, part of the wall and ceiling have mould that needs to be cleaned. Ideally with vinegar and scrubbed. You will need a ladder as it has moved to the ceiling. There is also some in our living area but small patches. If time allows, also keen to have windows cleaned.
