Internal windows + balcony - 16 in total (some are half size)

We have 3 windows that need fly screens made and installed for them. They are all the same size, about 1.2m x 0.9m. 1980s built apartment.

I’d like professional fly screens installed on 3 x windows. 1 x window in Bathroom. 1 x window in bedroom 1 x window in lounge. On second floor in apartment. On lounge and bedroom windows there is an external sach wooden window frame (very old, and wood is a bit rotten), and there is an internal aluminium frame (see photos). Not sure on best fly screen solution for this window situation.

I need my balcony cleaned ASAP, however a gurney cannot be used as there cannot be any water runoff as we are on the 6th floor.

Looking for experienced person to sweep, pressure hose (gurny), and deep clean terrace windows. The space is tidy, however has leaves to be swept up and the tiles need to be washed.
