Hire a trusted window cleaning service in Richmond VIC

I need someone with a high ladder to clean our bedroom window and ledge on the second floor of our building. No access from the inside so it can only be reached from the street. It’s probably not been cleaned in years so has accumulated a fair bit of dirty. The job itself shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes but we don’t have a ladder. Please specify in your offer if you will provide the cleaning equipment or not.

We have wooden sliding doors on our bedroom balcony. They are quite heavy and come out of the tracks If you are not careful. Shifting the doors back into their tracks is cumbersome.
