I have 2 windows which have bars on them that I would like either changed to security screens or bars that allow exit in a fire. Open to options.

We have louver windows and they need a clean. There's 12 bays of windows that are around 1.2m high with 6 glass blades each). And 22 bays of windows that are 2.1 m high (12 glass blades each). Numbers are estimates. I can supply microfibre cleaning cloths and glass cleaner if needed.
