Each security grill is located on ground floor. Job can be completed from outside of apartment. Grills to be removed and left at base of windows/walls on outside of apartment. We are having FLYSCREENS installed on Thursday night. Job must be completed prior to THURSDAY 4pm Each grill has 4 nuts and bits. I just cannot remove bolts from wall, as per picture. Need help! Hi, I need three window winders replaced. I have three windows that this needs done for. I already have the replacement for them to be replaced, I'm just not confident in doing this myself! The first one in the lounge unfortunately was done by a family member and they gave up, and it's really badly and needs some manual intervention as it's currently stuck in place with a screw. Perhaps a drill? The other two have not been replaced yet. Please see images!

Looking for a dog door to be installed in door slit as per the pictures. We have a medium size dog and require them to have permanent access to outside. Glass will need to be cut and reinforced to look as seamless as possible. Have called Jim’s glass and they have informed me that they personally don’t have product that will suit. Handyman needed to replace fly screen mesh. The window flyscreen bracket easily come off for flyscreen mesh replacement. You need to go to bunnings to get one that fits 1450 X 510 (Syneco 2m x 1220 - $10) and the other 940 x 870 (syneco 810 x 2050 - $8). Then go to the house, cut them in size and replace them. Fairly easy task and hours fairly flexible. It should only take 10 minutes max. After working hours during the week and flexible over weekend.

We noticed leak during tonight's rain. Not sure where it's from. There is only roof above the dining room.

Recently noticed water ingress during heavy rain near the corners of my 2 bedrooms, the side of which this is happening is glass. Due to which the plywood carpet underlay is seen as rotten near the corners. Need a good professional tradie to fix the water ingress.
