adjustments and repairs to timber windows.. double hung and awning styles - Due date: Flexible

- We have a 3000mm wide window we would like to remove and replace with an aluminium sliding door (need to take out the lower part of the brick veneer wall). - We also want to remove part of a (non load bearing) plasterboard wall to make an open double door between our dining room and kitchen - we would also like to build a plasterboard wall in place of the current hallway. Potential for creating a new door for a bedroom also. House is 1950s cream brick veneer with hardwood floors. I’ll pay for all materials and I’m happy to help if you need a hand with anything.

We have a timber window frame that has rotted and needs repairing. The window sits above the garage on the fist floor, as can be seen in photo.

We need a professional tradesman to remove a window ( upstairs first floor) and seal the hole to plastic wall (internal) and wooden weather board panels (external). The size of the window is 280cm x 130cm (estimated)

I need a new pane of glass fitted and exhaust fan to my kitchen window. I have the pane of glass and fan but need them installed. I am located on the first floor of my building so a ladder would be needed to access the window from the outside.
