The lead light glass window on my front door has been broken due to the strong wind slamming the door shut. I would like it repaired if possible. I also have another plain glass window panel above the door in my hallway that has a hole in it due to my kids kicking a ball through it. I would like that replaced please.

I am looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter with experience working on sash windows. I have two sash windows set within a single large frame that need to be professionally stripped and repainted inside and outside to look as good as new. It’s essential that the work is done with care to ensure the windows continue to function properly once the paint has dried. As these windows are on the second floor, the job will require someone physically capable of using a ladder to access the exterior of the windows. Additionally, I need two small flyscreens installed on each of the sash windows for when they are open. Please note: One of the sash windows does not stay open on its own. If left unsupported, it slams shut, which could potentially shatter the glass. This task therefore requires extreme caution. While I plan to eventually hire a specialist or window carpenter to repair the window mechanism, that will be a separate job. Many of the specialists I’ve spoken to don’t handle stripping and painting, so I’d like to address this aspect first. Finally, I will need to notify and seek approval from the strata committee before any work begins. For this purpose, please provide detailed descriptions of the work to be carried out so I can forward it to them for review. Thank you!

Top side skirting of the glass window has worn out at the side of the house as shown in the attached picture. Need to supply and install the skirting.

I have one sash window in the laundry room. The window does not close or open. Looks like the sash cord needs replacing. The sash weight might have an issue too but I’m not 100% sure of this.

We were hoping to have installed five swing out flyscreens (two in the lounge room, two in the main room and one in the bathroom). I have two mosquito net sliding doors issues probably wheels broken one in back yard with thick crimsafe grill but not sure, as sliding smooth until one inches before closing it has to be lifted to shut it properly. and one in balcony thin mosquito net sliding door probably, wheels broken so it is coming out of channel, plus Another one kitchen small window mosquito net broken, has to put new net and fix it back to the channel which looks little tricky.
