Need a detachable timber based attachment for portable ac vents. One unit to be attached to window and another one to a door. As we are tenants, can't do any permanent fixtures.

A range of repairs and small jobs needed eg 2 internal doors hung, a small landing replace underneath support or rebuild, repair to existing timber window hoods (3), taps in kitchen and bathroom replaced (i have the taps), external door boarded up and 3 stair treads replaced.

TECO aircon is too heavy to lift alone into window safely. Need strong hands to get it in place. We'll hand window sealing ourselves.

Replace sections of architrave

Shutters are down and unable to open.need to replace the strings.

Build a window fitting to attach a portable AC to a wind out window. Will need to remove fly screen to fit into window frame.

Just need largeish L shape metal brackets drilled onto side of 2 storey house for a window aircon to sit on. Our regular drill isn't strong enough so you'll need a decent one that can drill into timber or masonry. Then lift the 35kg aircon in through the window and onto the brackets (and affix to brackets). Not a hugely difficult job if you have the right tools. We will supply the screws and brackets

Need Quote to check windows inside and outside and replace as per required. Add a lock to an internal door. Any other job around the house if required attention. Please provide quote as per hourly rate.

Needs a high ladder to reach. Remove fake plants currently in place. Affix replacement fake plant.
