Bedroom door doesn't open, please note that there are no screws on the outer handle (its one piece, there is no detachable outer ring as well nor a small hole around it). Access to screws is in the other side of the door which can't be accessed. There's no lock on the door either its a standard hallway latch. All necessary tools should be provided including a drill, if needed to drill out the lock.
Had to drill open a bedroom door as locking mechanism was stuck. Installed a new one as well, would definitely recommend.
