updated job 1. Bookcase disassembled 19/4. Reassembled 8/5. 2. Plantation shutter sliding doors removed from frame 19/4. Reinstalled 8/5. 3. wall mounted TV swivel bracket to be removed 19/4 (no reinstall) Only door/s of plantation shutters to be removed, not frame as carpet and boards can slide underneath bottom track. Note job now includes reassemble of bookcase and shutter door/s at a later date. Can provide better photos if required on 18/4. No photo available of TV swivel bracket (house is currently tenanted). Can provide on 18/4. Dates are non-negotiable as painting and floors to be done in between.
Meticulous, efficient, careful and knew what he was doing. He explained the mechanisms of my bookcase and shutters and was respectful.

Maintenance on bifold sliding aluminium/glass doors. They all work. However some=~ “latches” need some help as they are getting stuck; door panel rubbing requiring me to lift four to shut etc. After 20 years, maybe bifold doors panels are no longer balanced or Aligned or weight has stretched something ? Will post at $5 to get conversation going. Might be 10 bifold doors. Nothing really bad but they need some attention. No rush for me as they are working well enough.
