The sliding glass door on the balcony doesn’t seem properly aligned. The fixed panel on the left has a gap at the top where it meets the wall, and it looks like it leans outward slightly. The bottom is fully in the frame, but the top isn’t. Not sure if it’s a misalignment or something else, but it needs checking. It's an old door.

Need to repair damage to a chipped Door. A sliding barn-style door fell off its rails and hit a set of drawers, leaving a significant dent/scratch in the wood. It needs to be fixed before the move-out date of Jan 28th.

Damage to bedroom wall and replace door for rental exit. First 2 pictures is the same hole, same wall just different angles, the 3rd picture is the door and the 4th picture a hole on a different wall.

Our old door latch was a strange size and we can’t replace it. We need the handle holes in the door filled and the new hole drilled to remount the door handles, as the new latch mechanism is approx 1cm deeper. Should bring own tools/materials. We’ve got the latch, it’s already able to be inserted depth wise, but we need the holes either side redone and the old holes filled so the door looks presentable.
