Using a protective tool that doesn’t chip the paint, remove a cap off the door so the door handle can be tightened. I have tried unscrewing with my hand and also using a steel clamp with a rubber glove underneath. I could not get this to remove the cap, and was chipping the paint off the door doing this. I need to remove the cap to then tighten screws underneath it, to tighten the handle. It may need to be popped off and then with a Phillips head screw driver. On site in Armadale.
