Monday morning would be best, however, the time is flexible. We have purchased some 2nd hand windows ( 2020mm x 1400mm x 200mm ), a door ( 2000mm x 970mm ) and an awning (3000mm x 1m x 600mm )from a Demo yard in Joseph St, Ballarat. The windows and door will need to be padded with moving blankets The awning is light and will just need to be secured. We can arrange to meet at the yard and load the things together. The distance from the yard to the house would be less than 2 km.

The glass doors are attached to the cabinet and in good condition. The top hinges on both doors are shot and need to be replaced.

Mismatched paint applied to a patch of approx 25cm x 55cm on the ceiling that needs to be fixed. (Colour match required) Chipped garage door requiring patch up. (Putty and door paint available)

There is some noticeable dog scratching marks on a certain part of the hallway, I don't want to get it painted or else that will be costly. I also have a hole in the flyscreen I need new flyscreen in, happy to buy the flyscreen I don't have the time to put it in. I only want someone to come do these who has an abn proper business like a handyman or an actual trade, if you don't have an abn/ business I won't accept. Cheers
