Dryer door is not closing and locking

My house has been restumped and I need some repair work to fix the back door frame and install a new back door. Currently there is only an ugly brown metal half screen door that is not weatherproof. I'd like someone to come to measure and work out the required materials for the door frame repair and a new wooden door (with a window in it) to fit the space; purchase the materials (no mark-up, I'll reimburse the cost per the receipt, but pay for your shopping/travel time to the local Bunnings); do the repairs required and then install the door (to open the other way than what is does now) including a door handle/lock. There is a dog door on the current screen door which I'd like removed and installed on the new door. I don't require painting, I will do that after the work is complete.

I have had new doors installed in my home and they are not fitted right. They are hitting the walls and need to be slammed to close. I had 5 doors put in. 2 seem fine, the bathroom one is a little sticky but I think that’s just a winter issue. The 2 bedroom doors are the worst and 1 won’t even close. I have attempted to fix it and probably made it even worse. Doors are labelled in the pics door 1 and 2. As you can see door 1 is pretty bad as it’s hitting in 2 spots. They are brand new doors and I’m worried about them getting even more damaged than they are. I have also snapped a screw in one of the hinges trying to add longer screws as I read that can help. Help would be much appreciated. I’m sure it’s a quick job for someone who is much more talented then me.
