Gliderol GTS 2000 in the garage won’t go down. Car reversed into it accidentally at a very slow speed which didn’t cause much damage to the door but made the right side cable unravel that hooks onto the corner of the garage door. I tried to unhook and put it back on the drum and hook it again but the door wasn’t going down. After a few attempts by using the remote to push it down, it has now misaligned and lower from the right side and putting pressure on left track.

I have a dog door insert to be installed with security locks. I however don’t own a drill. I believe installing it is quite easy but I don’t trust myself to borrow a drill and change the locks on the screen door to the new ones.
