Hinges loose need to be repaired or replaced on front wooden door

Need a trade or handyman to close a gap between top of garage door and the lintel above it. Gap is approx 120mm and runs the length of the door (approx 4.9m). Ideally would like to a run a board to extend the existing material which I will later colour match and attach further weatherstripping to if needed. Will need to supply all relevant materials and fixings.

Fit 2 X storage cupboard exterior doors. I have already purchased doors and will paint. Re use hinges and door fittings as they are in very good condition. See photos. Thanks

Top Hinge pop rivets are loose on flyscreen door. Need to detach loose pop rivets and re attach pop riveted hinge 10mm further down

During extreme rain my garage gutter can overflow. When this occurs, water can spill over the gutter and leak through the fascia into the garage. I’d like the fascia to be waterproofed and the bottom of the garage roller door to have a seal added to minimise water or draughts from leaking into the garage.
