During extreme rain my garage gutter can overflow. When this occurs, water can spill over the gutter and leak through the fascia into the garage. I’d like the fascia to be waterproofed and the bottom of the garage roller door to have a seal added to minimise water or draughts from leaking into the garage. Fridge has wood laminate door panel. The panel need to be removed and handle re-attached with a screw. Other doors are out of alignment and need adjustment. Is an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing
