Carpenter (repair) Needed - Have existing rotting timber (double door) with single glass in each installed, it has rotten lower section. Needs a cut and paste or fill repair. Some rotting on door frame bottom and timber base (foot) will need a cleanup, fill, sand and prime. - Have paint and primer, filler needs to be supplied. Need to make good again and sturdy (waterproofed) and doors operational. Need to also install fixed awning on the outside to prevent further future damage to the door. (the fixed awning cost will be additional to door repair) Flexible on the date-subject to weather. Tthe beige door in the pic is the door with rot, inside picture of rotting to be fixed. Canopy picture is just for suggestion. Previous repair attempted but not completed. Pls ask if you have any questions or need more pics.

Top Hinge pop rivets are loose on flyscreen door. Need to detach loose pop rivets and re attach pop riveted hinge 10mm further down

During extreme rain my garage gutter can overflow. When this occurs, water can spill over the gutter and leak through the fascia into the garage. I’d like the fascia to be waterproofed and the bottom of the garage roller door to have a seal added to minimise water or draughts from leaking into the garage. Have a standard double-door bar fridge as part of a patio entertaining area. Cannot get it under 7 degrees. Needs service. Was regassed only 6 months ago...

The bottom part of the door was fixed half way by someone and now need help to finalise the job. To fix the remaining, to paint and to supply and put the door stopper hook.
