Our concertino doors in the rumpus room downstairs have not been opened for a couple of years but we need to open them up in order to remove furniture and also because we are selling the house. We need help opening these up as they seem to be stuck - either the door joints are rusty or the wood expanded - we are not sure. The doors seem to be able to move when we try to push them but do not slide on the rail.

We have some signs of rotting on our door architrave and want to have it replaced. We want to make sure it’s the same style of architrave as the existing one so it’s all matching. Want to fix Two glass sliding doors with broken wheels. Doors are probably quite old as it's an old apartment block. The track seems fine but the wheels just grind along it.
