Carpenter/builder required to fix/adjust or replace internal door frames x2 and fix doors that are jammed.

I need a wooden cupboard/stroage unit designed and installed to cover up the tap, hose, water pipes and water unit in the picture. The top of the unit should be sloped away from the house (for drainage) and should lift/hinge up for access to the tap/hose etc It should fit snuggly between the fence and the door frame, and be made of a a wood type that can be painted and which will be weather-proof.

Need a garage door box supplied & replaced . Photo of current box attached. Merlin box preferred for longevity & warranty, however open to recommendations.

Glass sliding door off the rollers either needs new rollers or need to be put back on track.

This must be good quality wood with applied primer. Barn door style - hinged not sliding. It is the backyard entry to a free standing garage that has a roller door entry into a laneway.. To replace below.
