Replace broken spring on single garage door

The fabric on the ceiling and passenger/drivers doors has come away in my VW Golf MK5. It seems the glue/material underneath has deteriorated and come un-stuck. The fabric its self is in good condition and could be re-glued, however without any experience doing this I could be wrong and the whole thing may need replacing. Take a look at the pictures and let me know what you think. I can also travel to you, so please consider that when quoting.

Our door has come off its hinge because the wood under the hinge has fragmented away. We also need the side of the door shaved a little to stop it sticking - no need to paint. (This was an earlier problem from before the hinge was loose.)

I’m not sure if the latch needs to be completely replaced (happy to get it if you to supply). There may be a couple of other handy person jobs around if you’d like to do them.

Our large window roller has come off the feeder and its in the top of the unit. This has happened before and the person opened it and put it back on. Looked easy if you know what you are doing. The screws to get into it are rivets so I dont know how to open. Also need the bottom of our shower resealed on two walls at bottom as mould is growing underneath. Also same issue on one side of bath. Just need seals pulled off and new ones applied. Same colour and looking seal would be great so cant tell difference from rest of seals.

Replace long term weather damaged external door that leads to garage. Door dimensions are 2040 x 820 x 35 mm. Refer to photos. The replacement door has not been purchased.

Remove 2 existing doors, and hang 2 new ones with new hardware. The new ones are bi-fold (Hume Internal Bifold Door OAK BF18 with Track & Fittings).

Garage door continually getting jammed. Movement on the property over a long period of time I think is causing the door to jam up. Belief the tracks need to be realigned / adjusted and rewelded into metal posts. May require remove and replace plasterboard next to post.

The wheel/sliding door rollers for an internal sliding door need to be replaced. Will pay for sourcing and buying rollers also

Handy person required to take down 3 awnings ( 2 front of property and 1 out the back ) including brackets and a fly screen door. Single story home. Awnings, brackets and fly screen door can be placed out the front for hard rubbish next week. Must be professional and have your own tools to carry out the job. Photos attached. I have a wall mounted shelf I would like installed. The wall it will be installed on is next to my circuit breakers/has water pipes behind so I’d like someone who has experience with this. Also I have partially installed a door chain lock, I need the other part installed on the wall/door frame

The job is to fix the spark ignition on my gas stove which is broken for all 4 knobs, and the oven door which sometimes doesn’t close properly and needs adjusting.

I currently have bifold doors for my Euro laundry in my apartment hallway. One of the hinges has broken and is not available to replace. The bifold doors have been problematic and I would ideally like to replace them with sliding doors if possible. Measurements are approximately 2350mm (H) x 2800mm (W) and white gloss. I am also open to other possible door solutions for this space.

Hi, I have 3 bookcases from IKEA and I can't figure out how the doors go up. There are 5 glasses door, each with three hinges. For a professional, this job should be a breeze. Thank you Carmen
