Looking for a reliable and local handyman for a few jobs around the house, with possible ongoing work for the right person. Duties include aligning doors (i.e. cupboards and wardrobes), installing bikes racks on garage wall, and cleaning delicate skylight covers (image added). The following is not essential for this particular ad, however, it would be great if you also know how to maintain outdoor water features (cleaning and flushing), as this is something I’d need to get done in the future.

One side of my folding doors has come out of the rails and now won’t stay in place. A piece may be missing. Please see photos or contact for more information.

Front door handle had come undone. The screws that hold the handle on fallen out. Looks like the head on the screen is too small for the hole. Also the external handle isn't budging.ie you should be able to push down on the handle which will release the lock

Laundry cupboard has literally come off in my hands. Need door to be rehung asap. Can send photos if required.

The Front and Back doors have been painted. Now both doors stick to the paintwork, even after letting the paint dry for 10days. I need the 2? door jams on the back door AND the front door moved by about 3mm so the doors don’t stick to the painted door jams. Look at the photos for measurements.

Our large window roller has come off the feeder and its in the top of the unit. This has happened before and the person opened it and put it back on. Looked easy if you know what you are doing. The screws to get into it are rivets so I dont know how to open. Also need the bottom of our shower resealed on two walls at bottom as mould is growing underneath. Also same issue on one side of bath. Just need seals pulled off and new ones applied. Same colour and looking seal would be great so cant tell difference from rest of seals.

Have purchased a door, need the old one taken off and the new one hung. New door already has handles. The door has a big glass widow in the middle and is on the heavier side. New Latch will likely need to be drilled into frame.

The fabric on the ceiling and passenger/drivers doors has come away in my VW Golf MK5. It seems the glue/material underneath has deteriorated and come un-stuck. The fabric its self is in good condition and could be re-glued, however without any experience doing this I could be wrong and the whole thing may need replacing. Take a look at the pictures and let me know what you think. I can also travel to you, so please consider that when quoting.

Our door has come off its hinge because the wood under the hinge has fragmented away. We also need the side of the door shaved a little to stop it sticking - no need to paint. (This was an earlier problem from before the hinge was loose.)

I’m not sure if the latch needs to be completely replaced (happy to get it if you to supply). There may be a couple of other handy person jobs around if you’d like to do them.

Remove 2 existing doors, and hang 2 new ones with new hardware. The new ones are bi-fold (Hume Internal Bifold Door OAK BF18 with Track & Fittings).

Handy person required to take down 3 awnings ( 2 front of property and 1 out the back ) including brackets and a fly screen door. Single story home. Awnings, brackets and fly screen door can be placed out the front for hard rubbish next week. Must be professional and have your own tools to carry out the job. Photos attached.
