Need a quote to fix a window roller shutter. The window is located in the first floor and may require a scissor lift to access the shutter. A part has dislodged from the shutter. Attached image shows that dislodged part.

I'm looking to replace this external door to strengthen my home's security (it connects the garage to the alfresco). I suspect it is currently hollow, so I would like it to be replaced with a door that is solid, weatherproof and installed with good hardware (strong hinges, double locked with deadlocks etc). Current measurement of the door is 820 x 2010mm (and swings open towards the alfresco), and I think there is a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door (as the alfresco pavement sloping down to the drain in front of it).
