I need three latches installed onto the three doors

Tighten up 1 door handle & 3 toilet seats that are loose

Install modular outdoor kitchen with electric bbq. Install PowerPoints, fan, lights. Tile exisiting concrete block wall as backsplash. May require some carpentry work.

Needing a small dog door supplied and installed - either in a glass sliding door or an insert that is secure and lockable to main door

Sliding doors are not tracking in the top or bottom tracks. Tracks seem to have lifted /shifted. Need to take off and re-fix into chipboard cupboard material.

In urgent need of a handyman that can open an interior bedroom door that cannot be opened due to door knobs falling off on both sides. Located in Bulimba. Hoping for someone that can come this evening to assist in opening the door and putting the door handles back on so they are operational on both sides.

Had a daybed structure demolished and removed which was fixed to the wall. Wall now requires plastering and repainting. Some water damage on wall and ceiling also needing repair

Move 2 banks of Timber Casement Windows (still in their framing) with Sill at bottom a distance of 25 metres. Each is 2m long x 1 metre high (with Steel Security frames attached). Will need Two STRONG men at least. Move is from open Slab to under house. Also reposition a 2.m x 1 m Sideboard sitting on the Slab. Just a SHUFFLE move about 1 metre or less.

Minor repairs required to 2 coolroom doors. Top track requires a couple additional holes to be drilled and secured on one and one side of door has come off the rail on the other.

Handyman needed to attach 2 door handles and do approx 30 min of minor repairs to other door latch and install one globe in downlight.

We need to have the door stop fixed and the hole patched/ painted. By the looks, the previous tradie installed this in the wrong position and needs to be on the skirting board possibly. Switch the door-stopper pieces around from door to wall and vice versa or install a new one to suit the heavy door. - Due date: Flexible

French door not closing due to a protruding screw in the sliding channel. Need it removed. Easy job but no tools. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 2 January 2024

Blind door has come loose at top - looks like thread worn on runners. Need someone to come and fix, probably need to source new runners or something similar, thanks - Due date: Flexible

Kitchen cupboard door has come off. Hinge appears broken and just need it put back on. I don’t have the hinge needed for it, will pay for the part if it needs to be bought (otherwise, if you have something already, just factor into the price). Located in Bulimba. Multiple chips and scratches on wooden sliding doors, may also require sanding and restraining - Due date: Flexible
