Need to check why it is not locking properly easily, and fix. The lock works but it is not as smooth as it should be. See photos

The sliding door is extremely old ~20+ years and after years of use, a slight push caused the door to fall straight out, and unfortunately cannot put it back in

I have 2 sets of cedar wood bifold doors that are not opening. Looks like they've sunk and need adjustment. The door panel itself opens but I can't push out and slide all the doors to the one side. Hope that makes sense. Seeking someone who's got solid experience performing maintenance on these types of doors. Require an external door (already purchased and painted) to be hung. Door jambs previously accommodated for a hollow door on 2 hinges. New door is solid core and will require 3 hinges (have purchased) Only looking for the door to be hung. Pictures attached.
