Need two new doors hung and hardware fitted and one barn style door fitted and hardware

Small home office (~3.75m x 2.74m and a 0.72m hollow door) needs sound deadening due to proximity to kids rooms. Looking to reduce low (subwoofer) and high (voice/sounds) frequency sound. Expecting a solid wooden door (4-panel style, painted white) and sound absorbing panels/bass traps for walls and ceiling to be required. Wooden wall slats with acoustic paneling also preferred. Ideally the panels would be no deeper than 20cm. Open to MLV and green glue solutions too. General plan images attached indicating rough panel size and locations, but open to understanding the effectiveness of this approach. Sound panels showing as white, but ideally covered in black fabric (except for ceiling panel, that would be white and hanging just below the ceiling to allow for led strip lighting). Flooring is hardwood, so deciding on installing carpet or just a big rug. Primary purpose for the room will be working from home, video calls and loud gaming sessions in the evenings. Not looking at full soundproofing (building new insulated walls, etc, mostly due to the small size of the room already) but open to suggestions/recommendations as would like to be able to use the room for audio recording/streaming with minimal outside noise and room echo.
