Our large stegbar sliding stacker door is difficult to open and close. Have tried lubricants, doesn't appear to be the problem. It is a stegbar solid timber frame, so quite heavy. Suspect the cushioning that aligns against the tracks to help it slide have worn away. Door is around 10 years old. Need someone who has dealt with this before, knows what the likely problem is and can fix it (including supplying parts if needed).

Looking to get the metal part (spring loaded when you open/close the door supposed to move in and out) that protrudes from door itself, to the frame is faulty when closing the door. Needs to be fixed. Thanks, J
