Property with tenants. The sliding security door (to the backyard) is no longer closing. Possibly due to broken wheel on track or door is off the track. It will need to be assessed by a handyman who has done this before. New parts for purchase may be required. Additionally the bathroom shower will need to be assessed for possible leaking. Tenant saying water is leaking from the shower to the bathroom door. Handyman will be required to turn in the shower and assess for possible leak.
