In short: lift 2 panels each 125kg, carry them 15m, go up one 200m step, and then lift them into place which is 700mm off the ground. In detail: We are doing a renovation and have 2 glass block wall panels to lift into 2 internal window spaces that are 700mm off the ground, between the hall and the living room. The panels that need lifting each have 50 glass blocks in them plus a frame and mortar making them about 125 kilos each. It took 3 average men to get them into a trailer and then off the trailer into our garage from where we originally bought them. The panels are 2056 x 1055 including the aluminium frame. They need to move from inside the far side of the double garage, through the internal garage door (width 810mm, height 2020mm), up 1 step into the house that is 200mm high, then across the hall and into the hallway internal window. The window is 15m from where the glass block panels are stacked leaning against the wall in the garage.

Sliding door in laundry getting stuck and not sliding easily - Due date: Flexible

Sliding doors and adjacent windows need to be re-sealed to prevent Rain water from getting underneath. Water has been slowly leaking under 4 seperate sliding doors and adjacent windows during heavy rain recently. Then water is slowly seeping Through interior floor and leaking through to downstairs rooms. Water dripping constantly. Ceilings and walls are damp. Plumber has assessed problem twice and determined likely gaps under doors and windows cause of internal ceiling leaks.

I have a hinged cabinet door that has come off form its posting. (pic 1) The actual hinges themselves are like new. The hole located inside the interior wall that the hinge attaches to has been ripped open. (pic2) I need someone with better carpenter skills than I to come and fix this. The challenge is right behind the base wall is a stove so a longer, screw will go into the stove which obviously cant happen
