Our building is replacing windows on Tuesday and we need to have the burglar bars/grills removed before Monday night. Each is screwed into the brick with hex bolts or screw with hex lug nuts. Each window has 6 side bolts, 2 top and 2 bottom. There is first parking and the unit is on the ground floor. We also need to dispose of the bars - if you can do this also please provide an additional flat rate for that part. We have the paperwork from Strata that says we have to remove our own window bars.

A brand new external door has been hung opening the wrong way. I need it taken down and re-hung with the hinges on the other side and the door handle moved as well.

We have old sliding plantation shutter doors in our living room (rental property). Since moving in, both have been off the bottom track and near impossible to move. One of the sliding doors has now unhinged from the top rail. We've had three general tradesman look at the doors and say this requires a plantation shutter sliding door specialist. The owner of the property has lost contact with the original installers, and their solution is to replace with blinds. So putting feelers out there for any sliding door / plantation shutter specialists to potentially fix and avoid replacing the doors completely with blinds. Happy to share photos via message. My mum-in-law is elderly and has trouble moving her wardrobe doors on the track. I removed one door to try and clean the track but couldn't get the bracket to stop sliding out of place. The glass shower door has slipped down so the door will not close properly. The glass needs to be pushed back into the top silver rail. Either that or a new glass door that is on a hinge ( it’s not a sliding door) - Due date: Flexible
