I have four internal doors which I would like refitted so that they can be shut. I live in an old Queenslander and over the years the doors have warped and no longer shut properly. I have attached photos of one of the doors and they are all of similar condition. *I have edited this from six to four doors and reduced the asking price.

My fly screen sliding door have a hole from dog scratching, I need it to repair. I’m not sure about material but it look like black plastic mesh. Need it to be done before 9 Jan

I have bought replacement doors and drawer facings for a bathroom cabinet. I have all the hinges, handles and screws. I’ve done one drawer already but am not confident of aligning the others - Due date: Flexible

Lock for sash window is broken. I have the new lock here for replacement. The flat head screws on the old lock are too difficult to ‘grab’ so need someone with the right tools and know how to deal with old screw removal where the screws thread does not easily allow the screwdriver to grab. The screws are also countersunk making it difficult. - Due date: Flexible

We had the internals of our building painted a few months ago and had most of the old signage removed. We have had our new signage designed and manufactured and require a professional installer to assist with the installation. There are 76 signs in total: - 9 signs are printed brushed stainless steel. - 67 signs are self-adhesive vinyl decals. I’m the onsite building manager and will be available to assist the installer as required including access to all areas. All the work is on standard door faces and easily accessed from the ground and in the common areas of the building.
