Install door handles into solid wood sliding doors

I have several sash windows in need of repairs and maintenance including, new glass, rattles and vibrations fixing, new latches, security locks and fixing misaligned frames.

I need someone to move the position of the door from the side to the front on our spa fence. NOTE it is a rectange not a square.

Door handle and latch replacement or fixing. The door is timber and not closing properly or locking. Also need a stair rail secured to wall (it is already partially secured). I am in East Fremantle. Thanks in advance.

I have 6 outdoor wooden chairs that are around 15 years old. I was planning on sanding / oiling the chairs and replacing the seating material. As part of this process, I would like to replace all the old bolts and screws and replace with new. The Allen key bolts/screws that hold the joins of the chair together have lost their thread. I do not know of a way to remove, so that I can replace old with new. I tried drilling them out, but this did not work.
