Our garage door motor has stopped functioning for a while. The motor does not pull the door up and down, but it still makes a sound when running. We do not have a remote for the motor as well. We would like for someone to either fix the existing one, or replace it with a new one that would work on our existing door.

Fix door frame and lay carpet corner. We are selling the house and would like this to be unnoticeable. The door frame was water damaged from the shower that was not waterproofed correctly. The carpet corner was pulled up to assess damage.

Cutting a doorway in van wire bulk head

This task is for two doors: 1- Internal timber door doesn’t shut properly anymore and requires adjustments and planing. 2- External timber door in garage gets caught on the ground when opening and requires planing and installation of a metal door seal.

Need a carpenter or good handy man with tools to replace timber on bottom of door where sliding rail goes as timber is split and the screws don’t hold . I Have materials and most tools. I have no photos and cannot get any today. I will be at the site around 4.30 pm. I will pay $50 per hour.

The top edge of our bathroom door is sticking in doorframe making it really difficult to close and lock. Not sure if it needs re-planing, or if the problem is with the doorframe itself. Need a carpenter or handyman to repair.
