Hello, we have been refurbishing a unit in Houston at Epping and have some minor jobs we need help with 1. front wire door needs timber added to door frame to make fit 2. Both bedroom robes need hanging rod refitted and shelf reenforced 3. Kitchen window needs frame re attached (we have the pieces) 4. Some small areas need skirting board fixe (we have skirting) 5. Toilet door needs trimming after tiling the toilet floor door scraping/does not fit. Once shaved door needs to be rehung. I have photos if needed

The window screen roller is not working properly. When I try to open or close it, there’s a motor sound, but it doesn’t function as expected. I’m looking for someone to fix this issue

Needing someone to come out and fix my front door, bedroom door and garage door from tight openings. Unable to open the front door with ease and some of the paint has already chipped off the door frame due to being too tight. The front door is a little tilted to the right so may need to change the door hinges to suit the door. The bedroom door isn’t as tight as the front door but I still have trouble opening it. The garage door has some paint on the handle so maybe that’s why it’s a little hard to open. Hoping to get this done on a weeknight as I work from 9-4.
