We have an existing 3 panel glass sliding door with only 1 door that slides (2 other panels are fixed). We want to add another sliding door ok the left. See attached images.

Door frame has a small rot at bottom. It needs patching, smoothing and paint on side panel

Awning isn't working. It is fold arm awning which extends using remote. It is stuck few inches out and doesn't extend any further from there.

We have two sliding doors that need repairs as we are unable to take the doors of the frames to fix it ourselves. There seems to be not enough space in the frames to lift the glass doors. Both sliding doors are ready hard to open, rollers are most likely damaged. We need help from someone who's has experience repairing domestic glass sliding doors.

I have a security door opening in the backyard and need to install an additional door that can be kept closed at night to prevent cold air from coming in. We still want to let sunlight in during the day while keeping the door closed so don't want to remove the security door unless there is another alternate way of allowing sunlight during the day and keeping it closed to prevent cold draught at night.
