Bottom rubber seal needs replacing

Wooden sliding door, 'quarter-round' securing the flyscreen mesh. Need the mesh replaced (top and bottom) without damaging the timber. Understand that some paint chipping is inevitable.

To fix the slice door latch, can’t lock at the moment Fix small damages (some small holes) on the wall from installing curtains.

Old damaged bedroom door needs to be removed and replaced re hung with a new one that I have ordered. I don't have hinges. I will supply the door handle to be fitted too.

The door is misaligned and scrapping the frame, need to get it fixed Someone already came sanding the door which was temporarily fix the issue and now the problem came back.

Due to the massive winds the other week, front door and back door fly wires have broke. They are both still attached, however the back door will not close. And the front door is very flimsy

I have purchased a cat flap for the front door, I need it installed but don’t have to correct tools for the job.

Garage door is not opening, Merlin motor, chain moving but door not moving, urgent repair required

Finishing stripping a 2.5m x 2.2m garage door including the underside and sides of the edges, (but not the inside) then apply a coat of primer. Responds ok to heatgun, have not tried chemical stripper yet. Mostly the paint comes away easily but some patches are stubborn, leaving a brown residue which needs scraping/scrubbing/sanding away as this job requires the surface to be left clean and free of residue before painting with the primer (primer supplied).

Roller door stick I have keys but lock not working need help

My garage door is stuck half open and won’t go up or down. The wire coil on one side of the roller door looks like it has unraveled so I think that may be the cause of the issue (see photos). Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The fly screen on our frint security door has a hole in it due to our cat scrathcing it. The whole security screen needs to be replaced as we are moving out of thr rental property.
