We have some holes in our ceiling after some electrical work has been done. These need to be fixed and ready for us to paint. We also have a sliding door which has come off the tracks that needs to be put back into place.

Double garage door is jamming on lift around half way, intermittently (50-60% of the time). Motor is a Merlin MT100EVO, door is a Gliderol Panel Glide. Suburb: Gymea Bay Have used dry lubricant on the tracks, and checked for obstructions / bends to no avail. May be the spring coil.
