Fixing glass door restaurant

Door is using overhang hinges. Having 2 issues. It has 4 hinges, 1 has broken and will need a suitable replacement. We moved one of the lower hinges higher up to help balance the weight in the interim. Door now won't fully close.

Remove 2 wardrobe door and a timber board (2.8x0.5m each). The items are already at the entrance of my property ready to be loaded.

Need our garage door repaired / likely the motor replaced. Its a tile door and the unit that powers it would be at least 20 years old and has had some slippage and now does not work. Looking for a reasonably priced replacement unit to get things working again

Automated remote-controlled garage roller door sometimes ‘changes its mind’ when closing - gets to 80% closed then abruptly starts opening itself again until fully open, and stays open. Doesn’t happen every time, but does happen regularly - at least once a day. Motor is a Sprint 1200SD; remote is ZT-07. I’ve tried checking for external obstructions (plants, leaves…) but the issue persists. Rang company that installed it for the previous owner, but they’re on holiday until 20 January.

Patch fallen plaster from bottom of side door. The door frame at the bottom may need to be glued to help stop the movement which maybe causing the plaster to crack and fall off.

Corner of door has chipped but remains intact and chipped part remains connected to wood.

I need a handyman to come and attach 1x coat hook strip to the plaster wall, 1x key hook strip to the back of the door, and reattach the laundry cupboard door to the hinges. There is a Bunnings nearby if you get here and need to get new hinges for the laundry door and I can reimburse.

Need someone to fix sliding door. One side seems almost completely jammed and is a struggle to open the other opens but I would like it smoother. The doors are wooden and have a pane of glass in the middle, are doors that lead from living room to outdoors.

Recently installed carpet in 2 rooms, and removed the room and wardrobe doors due to being too close to the ground. Need to trim the bottom of the doors by 1 to 1.5cm, so that they can be used with new carpets, and re-attached to the hinges. There are 6 doors in total - 4x wardrobe doors, and 2x entry doors
