We just moved to this house last month, and from Monday's storm our windows are leaking. Water seeps through between the window frame and sill. The window frame is aluminium, and it uses wind up to open it. I have a security door that is not closing properly. It appears the door strike plates needed to be moved slightly, and another ‘packed up’ due to the strike plate being too deep.

Install 6 round knob door locks for 6 interior doors, need to extend the hole a little bit larger, the hole of the old ones are smaller. !!!Actually just need to extend the existing hole a little bit, all other works can be done by myself.!!!

I have a new pairs of 90J top spring hangers that need to be put back into the mechanism. It should be very quick if you have the right tools.
