I have four door knobs that are difficult to operate, two of which are not usable most of the time. While I can move the knobs up and down, the latch mechanism seems to malfunction. The door doesn’t open unless I try multiple times and apply extra force. It feels like the latch isn’t retracting properly when the knob is turned. This happens consistently on both knobs. Roller garage door lock has no key, I need it replaced. I have a new lock from Bunnings which fits. However, locking bars don't match so I need new ones and someone who is able to cut them to the required length, and fix them to the lock handles. See photos.
