Hi, We are from Oscar Wylee. We had cabinet installation few months ago but when opening one of the doors the screws simply popped out! This led us to the revelation that the holes these screws are in are about 5x the size of the screw themselves and the screws, which aren't pointed so don't grip onto anything, were simply screwed in on an angle to appear secured. The force of the hinge's movement itself continued to just pull the screws out of the cabinet door when attempting to put them back. Thankfully we had a few spare screws with points we were able to use and re-secure the door. Can you please send us a quote for rectify this issue?

The garage door was pushed out of the tracks, while closing did not see originally and the garage closed half way and has been stuck. The garage door will not roll up or down, it is stuck. Unable to place back into the tracks ourself.

There are two wooden doors that are a part of the built in wardrobes of the house that need to be repaired as there are chips in them from the nails coming out. There is a light cover which broke and needs to be replaced. There is also a missing part to one of the lights in the house which needs to be put in to be fixed and we don’t know where to get it from.

I need a quote for repairing a window frame that has become difficult to open and close. It seems the frame may have been damaged from being forcefully opened, causing it to be misaligned and not sit properly when closed. I'd like to restore the frame to its proper position for smooth operation.

Some flyscreens have holes and need to be replaced. A window does not have a flyscreen, so need a new one.

Entry – Sliding door to garage is not secure at the bottom, wind (with garage roller door up or down) causes door to frequently swing and hit skirting board if sliding door is closed. Might need to install a stopper or latch Bedroom 1: Issue with power point. Plug won't go fully in. Laundry – Under sink storage door does not secure shut. Kitchen – Under sink corner cabinet does not close properly. - Stove top knobs need to be secured Garage - Power point not secured to wall as pictured. If you can fix great otherwise I'll get an electrician.

We have two tasks that are ideally done today (Tuesday 27 August). Task 1) Fix a tilted sliding door cavity (door is misaligned. This door goes to our garage. Task 2) Measure, source, cut and install kickboards (2 under kitchen and 1 under laundry). These were removed after we had a water spill and had to have fans and dehumidifiers come in. Quick change of lock on downstairs door A couple of screws to install bar into tiles near bath.

1) the Centor drop bolt is stucked and cannot be dropped. See photo the the Centor drop bolt. 2) Sliding is not smooth. Roller height is unable to adjust. Adjustment is from edge of door. see photo. 3) The double roller on the bottom of the door may be defective. Door is very very difficult to open/close. 4) the very heavy door is tilt.
