I need a hole made bigger for a new door handle. Drill bit doesn’t have anything to latch onto because there’s an existing hole. Need a 54mm hole.

I have 2 internal doors that need to be shaved back and touch up paint applied due to installing thicker carpet. Also my front door is sticking in the door frame a bit. Looks like it is touching the door frame around the striker plate when closing. Not sure if the front door needs hinge adjusted or it needs to be shaved. Price should include putting doors back in place and any touch ups required to paint. Door paint is dulux aquanamel wa white in semi gloss.
