Help. I assumed this would be easy, but I've been unable to get these door handles to sit securely. Hoping someone with more carpentry/door installation experience can help me out. Old door handles have been removed - I just need a hand with the installation of the new ones. Some doors may need new holes cut, filled in. Door frames are metal, so door handles cannot be moved much as latch cannot be moved. Need advice as to whether some of these doors need to be replaced, or whether handles can be installed in the condition they're in.

Kitchen- remove rotten upper sash. Supply and install custom replica hardwood sash (primed), re-rope, re-weight upper and lower sashes, reset margins/clearances, caulk beads where required and patch and putty on lower sash, reuse existing hardware. Dining Room - service double hung window, re-rope and re-weight upper and lower sashes, reset margins/ clearances, caulk beads where required.

Garage roller door not opening/closing. Same issue with the buttons on the motor and the remote (ie. the remote isn't the issue). There's power to the motor (lights on the panel come on). Door can be manually opened/closed. Initially when I was pressing the open/close buttons on the remote the motor was making a clicking sound but this has now stopped.

The gears/cogs on my Remoteadoor branded garage door opener are worn out and need replacement. The gears/cogs are 3.5 and 4cm in diameter. New photos attached

One of the 2 deadbolts in my french door is not retracting far enough, so I cannot open the door. The deadbolt is adjustable, with a screw on end, but I can't see how to adjust it when the door is shut. This may require removing the door from its hinges.

We have a pivot door which accessed the garage from inside the house. It has always worked quite well. Last year we had an electric door mechanism put on it which does a good job. But over time it’s now not closing fully and needs adjustment.

We have purchased a vintage external door to replace the current front door of our home. The door is slightly too large for the current door frame. The current front door we have is 202CM long, 81 CM wide. The new door measures 202.5CM long, 81.5CM wide. We need to remove .5CM in width and .5CM in length on the new door. We need someone to take the excess length and width off of the new door, fit door hinges to the correct spots on the new door to match current door frame and install into the doorframe. We also require installation of new lock on the new door (we will provide the new lock).
