Similarly wire door catching on cement slab corner. Internal front door not sitting in latch due to house movement on all above jobs.Should be a straight forward task. Need someone to install petmesh onto two doors. We have purchased the mesh but need someone with the tools to install it right (one door uses screws the other pop rivets). One door also has a loose hinge and needs some longer screws put in to fix. Thanks Pat

I have had two standard hollow core doors installed internally by Doors Plus and need someone to install their new door handles. They’re not “standard” door handles, they are from ABI. 2x “Davis” door handle (bedroom and bathroom) 1x “Dion” Privacy Snib lock (bathroom) I also need the handyman to shave off a few mms at the top of the bathroom door as the installer installed it too close to the door frame which means I cannot hang anything (like the mirror in the pic) and then close the door. Please state if you can do the job this week Sun-Tue (26-28 January).

Hi, we got a sideboard unit from litfad. It’s 90% put together with only the doors to go on last. We aren’t handy, and we are finding it hard to line them up. I suspect someone who knows what they’re doing could do it with their eyes closed! Happy to send photos too.

Install doggy door (brand new in box) in to solid/hollowish timber door. You will need to cut the hole in the door but it is hollowish so shouldn’t be hard with the right tools Photos of instructions from box attached

Help. I assumed this would be easy, but I've been unable to get these door handles to sit securely. Hoping someone with more carpentry/door installation experience can help me out. Old door handles have been removed - I just need a hand with the installation of the new ones. Some doors may need new holes cut, filled in. Door frames are metal, so door handles cannot be moved much as latch cannot be moved. Need advice as to whether some of these doors need to be replaced, or whether handles can be installed in the condition they're in.

One of the 2 deadbolts in my french door is not retracting far enough, so I cannot open the door. The deadbolt is adjustable, with a screw on end, but I can't see how to adjust it when the door is shut. This may require removing the door from its hinges.
