Door and frame needs fixing up. It blew off the hinges last night in the wind. It's an outside door to a balcony.

Move door from external side to internal side - drill in the frame and move 3 hinges. The height will need to be slightly trim (3mm).

Install a barn door to area 142cm wide and 204cm high

The worn hinges on the door x 6 need replacing as the door is not self-closing. See images. This is for a strata management job, so I will need to get a quote and your insurance details. Many thanks
