Hello I am looking for someone to clean a large L-shaped indoor/outdoor patio area using a surface cleaner and pressure washer. The walls around the outdoor area would also need to be done. I reckon the area is about 50-70m2. The whole area is covered in the same cream-coloured stone tiles. I am not sure what kind of stone they are. The apartment is in a unit complex. It is on the ground floor, but you cannot park on the adjacent road. You would have access to a regular hose outlet. I have attempted to remove dirt and grime from part of the indoor area myself with a strong cleaning solution and scrubber, but I have been unable to do it as well as required. See the attached image showing the indoor area. I am looking for someone who has a surface cleaner machine to be able to remove the mildew/grime from the tiles in the indoor area. I reckon the indoor area would definitely need some kind of heavy-duty cleaning chemical. Please see the attached photos. I would be happy for you to come by beforehand to confirm you can do the job.
