the hinges on a kitchen cabinet door need to be replaced. I have bought the hinges but need someone to attach these properly. The holes to screw the hinges in don't line up with the holes in the new hinges.

The door is a regular glass door framed by cedar wood. Only 50 cm by 15 cm are damaged by the dog scratching the door. I need someone with a sander to come today and sand the damaged part of the door back.

Our awning does not roll up and down and needs to be fixed it could be a spring it needs I am Not sure

Reposting as I just noticed the original expired. The screws in auto door closer are stripped. Requires drilling out and replacing screws; then we need to fix or tighten the door closer, it's clicking weirdly. Our landlord requires all maintenance hold Public Liability Insurance and SWMS, we can only accept those who can provide proof of insurance (SWMS should be a breeze: online versions?). Thanks!
