Door frame needs to be fixed.

I need a hole cut in a door that has glass in it for a doggy door. Clear single glazing. Just a hole. Thats it.

Install a Google Doorbell (Battery). I don’t have the correct drill bit and would like it installed. It requires a 6mm drill bit into brick.

Mount wooden coatrack on door

A kitchen cabinet door needs to be temporarily removed and the top needs to be shaved down, using a rasp, so it can close properly (it’s currently being blocked by a vent). And then put back onto the cupboard

Install two new indoor bedroom door handles. New holes need to be drilled in both the doors and frames. Handle provided but own tools required.

The base of this door catches and scrapes the floor. The base needs to be ground out so the door can open fully without catching.

Glue has worn off on wooden panels for garage door. Requires either being glued back on, including the removal and repairing of each panel. If glue isn't an option happy to have them screwed on, looks aren't in important.

Flyscreen door handle has come loose. It needs to be reattached or the handle replaced.

I need: 1. A door handle changed over to a new one. The new handle will be supplied (pictured) and just requires two holes to be drilled in the correct place. 2. Two small door stops installed on the skirting board for internal doors (these will be supplied and just require a single hole to be drilled in the correct place). 3. Two clothes racks (will be supplied, see picture) to be mounted on a bathroom plaster wall (not tiles). I want to make sure this is done securely, i.e. to the studs, or whatever is the best way to do this. I also have a number of other jobs/carpentry items that I would like some advice/to be quoted on separately, like installing some shelving in a cupboard, putting a trim on some external windows and mounting some other items on the walls. The job is in CBD Melbourne. Happy to adjust the price if additional tools or time are required, as I want to make sure everything is done well.

Cupboard door above stove needs new hinges - regular type. Does not have to be original type. Also, flue for exhaust fan needs replacing. I will buy the parts from Bunnings (once you confirm what you need). Please quote for labor only - 1 or both tasks.
