Door closer has repeatedly come off and needs to be secured properly to the door as previous attempts with a standard screw had failed.

Need a mirror hung on indoor concrete wall in my apartment. Mirror is approx 10kg W:63.5 H:110 D:1.5cm.

I need to flip a door so that it opens the opposite way. I need to do it with a reasonable amount of discretion. I need to sand and paint the door on the inside first to match the paint colour of the outside so that when we swap it it looks the same. then I need it hung the other way including plugging the hole that used to be the latch hole, and installing the lock on the other side so that it essentially looks like it wasnever touched. I would prefer if this is done in the evening, so as to draw less attention. It’s a heritage building, and I know swapping the door to open the other way shouldn’t be an issue but I don’t have time to wait for permits to be approved and permission given.

I need the bottom of this door cut just a smidge so it can close over the carpet in the photo. I can take door off the hinges and re-attach, just need you to do the door cutting bit. It would be awesome if you could bring your tools and cut it in our backyard ( spacious/ concrete - good space for it) or otherwise we could discuss picking up/ dropping off arrangements for the door. Repair slightly buckled roller garage door panel. Roller garage door has a buckled bottom panel. Door still rolls up and down fine (I have checked both manual and automatic modes) but catches at the top due to the buckling (see attached photo). Looks like the bottom panel just needs to be taken off, straightened and then put back on.
