Back door window pane is cracked and needs replacing. The pane itself is 870mm wide x 590mm height - Due date: Flexible

Timber bedroom door is binding on the steel door frame and needs to be sanded back a few mm with an electric sander. I've had a crack at scraping it, but would be quicker with a sander. I'll repaint and clean up once finished. Need done before Monday morning, so Sunday it is!

The front gate is sticking as is an external door. A sliding door has come off its track. The laminex baseboard to the dishwasher has come undone and needs to be fixed. The dishwasher door is also sticking.

I have some rubbish I need removed (too heavy for me and/or big to fit into my car). - old timber from removed window valances (one hasn’t been cut in half so max length 245cm) - 3 old sets of aluminum window blinds (max length is 256cm) - 3 internal doors (all approx. 76x202cm) Please note: My apartment is on the third level - and has no lift! Our front door latch does not lock properly - it is slightly out of alignment with the lock / hinge. I’d like someone to adjust it to shut securely

I don’t know why I thought I could fix my own door handle, but essentially I dismantled it and can’t put it back together! 🙄 I’ve kept all the pieces as pictured in a ziplock bag. I’ve provided a photo of my other door that’s not been tampered with. I would love some assistance from a locksmith to fix my blunder!
