Side door to a garage needs either replacing or some form of repairing. The door is not your standard size, it is 1980mm tall and 810mm wide. It currently appears to have an internal door used that was painted so it would wear through the weather. Happy for the same to be done if it is painted and coated to protect from the weather. Back side of the door seems to be ok. Budget is dependant on if it’s a door replacement or repair. I believe Doors Plus might have a door that can be cut slightly down for it.

aluminium glass sliding door can't slide smoothly and have a small gap at bottom when closed. Suspect the roller need to be replaced, but handyman can't remove the door out from the frame, thus I need a sliding door repair expert to do the repair. Three solid core doors to be hung and three door treads installed. Dimensions: two doors are 2040x920x35, one door is approx 2080x775 (but is not perfectly rectangular). The first two doors are either side of the same entrance.

Window won't shut so can't lock it. The wood has rotted at the bottom right corner creating a hole. additionally the wood at the bottom of the window is not fully attached with the glass either. the window cannot be closed any further than has been shown in the pictures. We'd like to fix the rotted parts, so that the window can be shut and open smoothly again.

It is a very tight ensuite (wall to wall is 820mm – refer to photo) where the previous owner installed narrow glass screens either side but left an opening in the middle, exposing the area outside the shower to water every time someone takes a shower. I am looking for someone to supply and install a shower screen door as an infill, but open to suggestions on how to resolve this issue (trying to avoid shower curtains). I am flexible to adjust the budget based on the complexity of the solution.
